Was contacted by the company once they saw the review. I provided (again) the invoice from the other company and this time they credited my my wife’s visa. This is why I am revising this review.
There was no explanation as to how or why this occurred but at least they rectified the issue. Make your own conclusions.
I called HVAC Service to service my furnace. A technician arrived and examined my furnace and then provided an estimate to my wife totalling $2200 + to repair it. They wanted to replace at least 4 components. I subsequently called another company and they came the next day and this technician replaced a $15 fuse and then charged me their fixed service fee of $125. The furnace works perfectly. I called HVAC Service and they told me they would credit the charge back to my wife's credit card. A week has since passed and the credit has not been completed. Obviously, this company wanted to take advantage of my wife and me to the tune of over $2000. WARNING - get at least 3 quotes for work.

Sorry to hear your experience with our Company was unsatisfactory. Upon review of all information regarding this situation we have come to realize the credit was not issued the first time you requested it as we were still waiting for a copy of invoice from other company that worked on your furnace. When we spoke on November 4 and we received the requested information the refund was issued the same day even against Company policy as the invoice sent had no company name, date or information regarding what work was performed. We still proceeded with the refund as we stand behind our work, take complaints very seriously and wanted to rectify the situation right away. We asked you to adjust your review as we thought we had rectified the situation to your satisfaction.
