To qualify for insurance renewal, the front porch had to be sloped away from the wall, and the basement behind the wall needed to be waterproofed and insulated; the drywall ceiling and wood panel wall needed to be replaced due to moisture intrusion.
Over a month, Carbon’s crew removed interlock stone, poured new cement and waterproofed, leak tested before re-mortaring the interlock. Then, removed the water damaged drywall, paneling, waterproofing and wood before replacing, taping, sanding and painting.
Now waiting for quote/scheduling on second drywall repair job on main floor ceiling.
