I had an upstairs toilet leaking which caused damage to the room below. I called Wet Bandits Plumbing last evening and they were here first thing this morning. They showed me exactly where the problem was, explained why it occurred, then removed my existing toilet, replacing it with a new one.

I have used these guys before and will never use anyone else. They are professional, do quality work, and their pricing is a fraction of what you pay with some of the larger plumbing companies.

I own a rental property in Ajax. I have had several plumbing issues over the past several months. I first contacted this company back last October and they were very knowledgeable with excellent service. I have used them several times now and always outstanding service.

We had two toilets replaced and they couldn't have made it easier. They were fast, efficient, polite, and informative. And super nice guys. Very friendly and very professional. A definite recommend.

While I was replacing the shower cartridge it snapped and I was petrified to try and keep going without backup. Having JUST driven past The Wet Bandits the week prior, I stopped and called them. They came over 2 hours later, managed to get the cartridge out, and didn't charge me for the new one. I tell everyone who asks for a plumber that TWB are amazing. So polite, so nice, and so much experience and knowledge.

I purchased a nice Italian plumbing set from a plumbing supply and Ped and Luke from Wet Bandits roughed it in. Very nice guys.

Because of that work I hired them to do the backflow testing at our office.
