They didn't complete the job in the time allocated. When they came back the extra day that was scheduled, they STILL didn't finish and didn't finish the paint job, didn't put in the corner rounds and left all the electrical outlets uncovered. Every time I tried to rebook they either stood me up or didn't send the right person to completely the job and it didn't get done. Then my building went on lockdown due to the pandemic (convenient for them). I tried to reach out again and no response. Now I have to pay someone else to finish it. Terrible experience.

We were looking to do minor renovations across the house including new ikea cabinet installation. Tan was very quick to understand our requirements and setup a schedule for the work. The team did a good job and were very accommodative. I would go back to the team in the future and highly recommend Third generation inc for home renovation projects!

Tan and his team did a great job for us. We needed to get our exterior brick painted along with our front and back decks. Tan and his team worked tirelessly for two to three days until they finished the job. He also came back to do some touch ups at no additional cost. I definitely recommend Third Generation Inc.

Hired third generation for a complete bathroom renovation including a change from tub to standing shower. My main point of contact, Tan, was quick to respond and patient with our questions. Ensuring that our ideas and expectations were understood and installed accordingly. The renovation itself was very quick considering some existing damage to the foundation from age and wear.

We really appreciate the hardwork and patience third generation put into our home. We will definitely contact them for future work
