So, I just had a sectioned 3 sectioned framed lattice built and installed for my back patio...Neil and his crew were very professional...when he came to do the job initially, he was such a perfectionist that he wasn't pleased with the lumber for the frame, so he went back and got fresh from the yard! Wanted it to be perfect...very pleased with the work and the convenience...did it while I was working...got home to a beautiful lattice! Thanks again, Neil...will be calling for your services again next summer for some patio work...will DEFINITELY recommend you to others...CHEERS!

SAME EVENING WE RECEIVED OUR PRELIMINARY QUOTE, WITH A FOLLOWUP PHONE CALL....VERY IMPRESSIVE!
MAY 29 - REVIEW OF QUOTE DETAILS, AND WE WERE PROVIDED A PHOTO/DESIGN OF THE PROPOSED FENCE DESIGN.
JUNE 2 - AFTER TAKING A FEW DAYS TO DECIDE ON OUR PROJECT, WE GAVE THE GO AHEAD, AND NEIL PROMPTLY FOLLOWED UP WITH PROPOSED START DATES OF JUNE 11-13.
JUNE 11 - TEAM ARRIVES FOR FULL TEAR DOWN AND REMOVAL OF OLD
FENCE.
JUNE 12 - HOLES DUG, CONCRETE POURED, POSTS SET.
JUNE 13/14 - FRAMING/PANELS
JUNE 15 - FINAL TOUCHES/COMPLETION/CLEANUP, WALK AROUND WITH NEIL TO VIEW FINISHED PROJECT, AND ENSURE WE WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK, OUTSTANDING SERVICE!
WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE FULL SCOPE OF THIS PROJECT, NEIL WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND PROVIDED FOLLOWUP THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT.

We couldn't be happier with the work Neil and his team did on our deck. The deck itself is absolutely beautiful. The team's work was meticulous and Neil went out of his way to understand what we wanted and find ways to make the project even better without upselling. I was impressed with FRC's professionalism throughout the entire repair process. From being on time to assess the job on-site and then providing a quick, reasonable estimate. Job supervisor Neil was able to source and pick-up the necessary building materials and did a great job on the installation. The crew also left the site clean and tidy. The fence looks great now and has improved rigidity. I highly recommend their carpentry services. A pleasure to deal with.

We hired FRC INC - Renovations and Construction to do some door, window and deck work for us. Neil and his team are the best! Neil was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and super friendly. The price was very reasonable, and he even went beyond the call of duty and did a few extra things without charging us for them! His recommendations were very up-to-date and up-to-code. The work he and his team did was solid, not careless or haphazard whatsoever. We have hired him to do other work for us on our properties.
