From estimate to completion, Neil was a pleasure to work with, and always working w me to e sure I was 100% satisfied with our new deck, even changing the size and design once it was started. We built a very large platform deck with privacy wall. It is so solid, beautiful and neighbours are envious of the space they’ve created for us to finally enjoy our backyard!

We are super happy with the new handrails. We wanted something strong instead of the typical cheap handrails you see in most houses. The handrails were cut and sanded and stained to match our hardwood floors. FRC fully delivered some really nice handrails and strong brackets.

FRC team did a great job on the fence. It looks fantastic and they were always professional on-site. The guys worked quite quickly as well, and changes to scheduling we typically well-communicated. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Neil and his crew did an exceptional job on our deck replacement. He went out of his way to ensure us that everything was prefect and we are completely satisfied with his work. It is nice to know that the work was completed by him and his crew and not subcontracted out. We would highly recommend him for any of your renovation needs.

Neil and his crew (including his brother) just completed rebuilding our deck for us today. Neil was personally hands-on doing the work. The deck looks great The work is solid, good quality and well-finished. Their price was very reasonable as well. Neil and his crew turned up as scheduled (after rescheduling the original date). He had explained that they were running late on another job and asked whether it was fine to delay our project by a few weeks. I consider this to be a much more desirable and professional approach, instead of what many other contractors tend to do by juggling many jobs at the same time, starting on one and not coming back for an extended time. When Neil and his crew turned up on the rescheduled date, they completed the entire job in 3 days as promised. I highly recommend FRC and would not hesitate using them again.

Absolutely thrilled with the two new decks and exit stairs for our duplex. Neil was helpful, friendly and communicative. The entire structure is incredibly strong and his attention to detail was amazing both during construction and for the finishing touches. The finished product looks beautiful and improves the curb appeal of our old house. Seriously, everyone says how good it looks! Service was truly above and beyond expectations. Wonderful job! Neil came in and gave us a very fair price for the design we wanted. I was so thankful that he was willing to come in on such short notice and build us a deck that we could enjoy. Neil and his crew was amazing! I had previously hired someone to build a deck but after butchering the work and running off with my deposits, Neil came in and saved the day. He not only fixed all the structural problems but made sure it was aesthetically pleasing and functional. Neil and his crew also exceeded our expectation for landscaping (pictures attached)! There were many extra problems that came up after the job started but Neil kept his promise and never charged me a penny more than the original quote.
