My dryer was making a terrible noise. The repair man came on time and masked with booties to not dirty my floors. Found the problem, fixed it and did a maintenance check, and vacuumed misc. lint. Excellent service. will reccommend

Refrigerator was not keeping food cold. Received service same day I called when another company was going to come three days later until I called to cancel the appointment.. service was very good and pinpointed the problem quickly.

Wanted somebody to check out an old dryer that came with the house I recently purchased. Make sure it’s safe, clothes weren’t getting caught, etc. Technician was friendly and helpful.

Pegasus worked to repair a broken dishwasher in a tenants house including ordering and installing the part. They worked fast, were communicative and made the tenants lives easier. No issues since - will use them again.

Great service, and quick response! Fixed my 10 year old GE Profile side by side fridge. Even came out in the evening after my toddler went to bed.

Several other repair quotes kept telling me my fridge was too old and there weren't any parts available, not even wanting to come out to look at it.

Never seen a fridge with two sperate evaperators, one for freezer and one for fridge. Fridge side was freezing up solid every two weeks. They even had the parts needed and fixed it that night. Didnt even need a return call, been working great ever since.

Dimitry was very knowledgeable and honest he came with all the covid 19 protocols he made a quick assessment and try to repair the fridge unfortunately the compressor broke down and the repair would be too expensive so we had to buy a new one, however his service was very good. I recommend Dimitry.

Thanks to Anna and Dimitry. From the time I called to the time work don, every thing been handled in a professional manner and smooth. the dryer was repaired without the need for parts. Sure will call them when we are in need to the service, 100% recommend.

Explained exactly what needed to be fixed with our dryer and provided a reasonable quote. We would highly recommend, and, use this company again. They were safe (followed safety precautions) and cleaned up after dryer fixed. I also appreciated the text messages reminding us of our service appt and up to date time-line.

Had their technician, Dmitry, come in and do a great job at de-squeaking our Whirlpool Duet dryer. Very professional, very courteous, and gave it a thorough cleaning while he was in there. Would definitely recommend them!
