Didn't finish the job
Pointed out two defects and Chris was unwilling to address the issue unless I paid for the work. Now I am left to address the issues.

Hi, Unfortunately this customer wanted a handrail changed several weeks after the project was completed and approved by him, because he changed his mind on how the 2x6 handrail met the 4x4 railing post. There is no defect or deficiency which is why there would be an additional charge to return to site.
