What had the cgm team build our deck. (45x14) They helped us come up with a design that we love. We couldnt have asked for better communication and service. We enjoyed working with them so much we had them come back and do our basement.

CGM came in as we wanted the stairs to the basement closed off with a door and to replace some closet doors. We also had noticed a leak in the basement coming from the upstairs bathroom. It was discovered we had water under the tiles and some mold so we decided to do a total renovation. The team did quality workmanship with an eye for detail and current decor. CGM has done various jobs for us in the past such as fencing, a beautiful deck, stonework and created a main floor laundry. We highly recommend CGM Contracting Ltd.

They coordinated with my siding guys to ensure that the wall supports for the decks were in the right spot, they were professional, courteous, FANTASTIC. Quality work and quality materials.
It was on time, on budget. The initial visit we talked over what I wanted, what would work and wouldnt work. Communication was great, both before during and after the installation
Fantastic job

Hired Chris and his team after our deck was poorly built. They came in and had to re-do the deck to make it safe and to code. They walked us through the entire process, showed us the deficiencies and how they would be fixed. The showed up on team each day, had great communication, and cleaned up each evening. Our deck now get so many complements, and we have the peace of mind to know its safe and done properly. I would definitely recommend.

Didn't finish the job

Pointed out two defects and Chris was unwilling to address the issue unless I paid for the work. Now I am left to address the issues.
