By far the best contractor I have ever dealt with and I deal with many. I needed my front yard landscaped and I am so grateful I was referd to Marco and Brandon. From the beginning they were very respectful and made the whole process easy. Marco stayed within my budget and consulted on the design and what we should use. Brandon and his team were outstanding. Brandon made some onsite recommendations and the project exceeded our expectations. Brandon and his team were so easy to deal with and accommodating. They keep the job site clean while they are working and a major clean up when the job is completed. Brandon even cut my front lawn when done. I did not need to do anything when the job was complete. Truly they should be rated 100%. If your looking for a contractor do not hesitate to use them you will not be disappointed. Brandon and his team were on time, finished the job when they said they would and treated my property with the care and love as if they were working on there own property. Thank you so much. Our backyard had drainage issues with an uneven lawn and a garden that needed lots of cleanup. So we hired Spec Plus to fix our grading issues and improve the look and usability of the backyard.

First off, they diverted the drainage underground and regraded the whole backyard. They removed all the old grass, installed fresh sod, prepared an area for a future deck and cleaned up the garden. It looks like a new backyard and completely transformed it into a functional and clean space.

The team was a pleasure work with - friendly, high quality work with keen attention to detail. They always kept the site very tidy and safe for our family. We're extremely happy with their work and highly recommend them!

I hired Spec Plus Inc to re sod my front and back yard earlier this year. After speaking with several companies I decided to go with them. They had competitive pricing and I was shown pictures of their previous work which I was impressed with. They walked me through the process of the install and made me feel at ease. My house in on a slight hill and they did an amazing job at grading the land which was not expected. They were always on time, professional, and accommodating. After the install was completed, I did have plenty of “lawn care” questions which they were more than happy to answer. Their work speaks for itself!

Brandon was excellent to work with. He took care of all the work as if it was his own home. I would recommend. Good quality work and was all done within 6 days.

I had significant water pooling issues in my backyard which he was able to eliminate in a practical way. I’ve had zero issues since.
