Our backyard had drainage issues with an uneven lawn and a garden that needed lots of cleanup. So we hired Spec Plus to fix our grading issues and improve the look and usability of the backyard. First off, they diverted the drainage underground and regraded the whole backyard. They removed all the old grass, installed fresh sod, prepared an area for a future deck and cleaned up the garden. It looks like a new backyard and completely transformed it into a functional and clean space. The team was a pleasure work with - friendly, high quality work with keen attention to detail. They always kept the site very tidy and safe for our family. We're extremely happy with their work and highly recommend them!
