To be concise, we are hiring Sam again for another project- a bathroom renovation. Sam did a great job with our laundry room renovation- price was reasonable; work was done on time and on schedule; quality of the work and materials used were good. The problem resolution was very good and effective. Sam is a good person to deal with.

Sam and the team were amazing to work with! New kitchen, flooring and powder room was finished on time and on budget.

Sam arrived when he said he would, worked diligently and always left the site clean and tidy. The kitchen is beautiful and finally a room I want to be in.

Sam does great work at a reasonable price. He is honest and straightforward to work with and doesn't throw in unnecessary extras and cost overages. He was patient with our changes and took the time to explain everything to us. He worked on our main floor, and our basement remodel and we will use him again in the future for more renovations. We are very happy with the results and his attention to detail.

I admit, I made some changes to the initial plan, but Sam was understanding and worked with me to ensure my requests were met.

He explained things when I asked, and accommodated our schedule.

We definitely will look to him again, for our future plans.

Beautiful basement from scratch to an entertainment room, full bath washroom, laundry room, furnace room and storage room. Sam also remodelled our kitchen to the way we desire. He helped out remodel a lot of small things through out the whole house as well. I feel very lucky to have Sam did the renovation for us. He is very trustworthy, honest and knowledgable. I will defiantly ask him again later in the future for the next project. Thank you Sam's team.

The first day we met Sam, he showed up on time, was very friendly and spent time understanding our style and gave us great renovation design ideas.

We initially hired Sam in July-Aug 2021 for the following upgrades to our main floor and upstairs: remove carpet, install new hardwood floors + new baseboard, upgrade stairs-railing and paint. The upgrades Sam made are absolutely amazing, we cannot believe it's the same house! Sam completed all the work flawlessly, on schedule, and we are very satisfied with the results. We love the hardwood floor Sam installed and the stairs-railing is absolutely gorgeous.

We were so impressed with Sam & team, that we hired them again to renovate our kitchen and bathrooms in Nov-Dec 2021. Sam gave us creative ideas to effectively maximize our countertop space and did an excellent job advising us on a variety of upgrade designs which would make our kitchen and bathrooms pop. Sam advised on items such as: lighting, paint color, backsplash, crown molding, sink/faucets, vanity, etc. The second job went very smoothly. We are extremely satisfied with the results. Our house is completely unrecognizable!

Throughout both jobs, Sam and his team were very organized, efficient, very easy to work with and cleaned up well after each day. We are very happy that we selected Sam as our contractor.

After completing a wonderful renovation to one of our full bathrooms a year prior, we asked Sam and team to come back and do more work on the rest of our house, as we were looking to list it on the market and knew we needed further updates. One of the jobs was another overhaul, this time to our ensuite bathroom. Sam did everything... installed new porcelain flooring, new vanity countertops with sink, faucet and light fixtures as well as give us a brand new walk in shower (converted from an old bathtub alcove). He installed all of the floor and wall tiling in our new shower, as well as the shower faucets and sliding glass panels. Pot lights were also installed to complete the look. The results were amazing and really modernized the look of our space. On another part of the house, this time the kitchen, Sam also installed a brand new quartz countertop, with new sink and faucet, as well as installing a new back splash. All of this work looked amazing that has given us a more open and modern looking space. The third job was installing new flooring throughout the house. Sam and team ripped out all the old carpeting and old laminate and installed new laminate tiles throughout 3 levels of our house, including the stairs. He also installed new, taller baseboards (which was his recommendation). The final result was a much cleaner, nicer and more modern look throughout the entire house. We've loved all the work that has been done, so much so that we've given a second thought to listing our house and have decided to stay in our beautifully renovated home. Another wonderful job, Sam!
