We bought our house with the intention of renovating it ourselves. Due to the pandemic, small projects quickly became big projects and we needed extra help to meet our timeline. We found HSA through HomeStars. From our first meeting with Sam, we immediately got a great vibe. He was accepting of our ideas and took direction well, while still offering suggestions to help save us money. He fully (and beautifully) renovated 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hardwood floors, stairs, and floor tiles throughout our home. Sam's quality of work is good and his pricing was fair. He's a hard worker and was very respectful of our home... We felt comfortable have him enter and leave without us here. We are lucky to have found him and will hire him again if needed. We are thrilled with our basement finish by Sam from HSA home and his work was excellent. I am absolutely satisfied with his work such as floorings, full well designed bathroom , and excellent detail works and on our budget. I am highly recommend same for everyone as general contractor!

Sam did a fantastic job completely renovating our bathroom! This included demolishing our old bathroom, raising the ceiling above the bath, installing a new tub, waterproofing, tiling and installing a niche in the combo bath/shower alcove, installing new pot lights, floor tiles, new vanity and light fixtures. He was very easy to work with, courteous and stayed on budget. We are thrilled with our new, modern bathroom and are already planning to do more work in our house. We highly recommend Sam and look forward to working with him again in the future!
