Reached out to Jonathan through Kijji. He replied in a timely fashion. Showed up when he said he would.
Had him repair some loose siding and re-caulk my windows in the front of my house. Also had him paint the arch above my window. Both my neighbours had him do similar work.
He seems pretty fair and reasonable with his prices. He’s willing to work with you. I’m happy with the job he did for me.
I would use him again.

Call me whenever ! You're neighbourhood plus neighbours were phenomenal . I never was left thirsty .
The community came up , one after the other ! I'd enjoy working there again !
