We're a commercial property so we always have junk lots left over from previous tenants . Ians team were quick and clean , and on time. Will definitely use them again.

I needed a sectional sofa, sideboard and coffee table removed from my place. I requested a quote via Homestars and Ian/Lincoln Property were the first to respond. His quote was very reasonable and he was able to come at my convenience.

On arrival Ian was very understanding of the elevator situation at my condo building. He followed all Covid protocols and was able to remove the items I required disposed of in a timely manner.

Had Lincoln Property Maintenance take care of several small jobs: cap chimney, remove window air conditioners on upstairs landing, board up and paint hole, masonry work on side, top and steps of stoop, remove artifical turf on stoop and steps and replace with new material.
