I contacted Ian at Lincoln Property Maintenance by email with a list of items I needed to have removed and provided a photo. He was quick to respond and give me a quote. Needless to say, I hired him to do my junk removal. He told me when he would come and further, ensured to contact me prior to coming to give me a window timeframe and showed up on time. Ian was quick with the removal , friendly and very helpful.
