I needed a sectional sofa, sideboard and coffee table removed from my place. I requested a quote via Homestars and Ian/Lincoln Property were the first to respond. His quote was very reasonable and he was able to come at my convenience. On arrival Ian was very understanding of the elevator situation at my condo building. He followed all Covid protocols and was able to remove the items I required disposed of in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and he was very careful to ensure no damage was done in my unit or in the building. I would definitely hire him again!
