The wine fridge stopped working, iCare diagnosed the problem over the phone and ordered the replacement part (under warranty). As soon as it arrived, Stan came to install it. He was 2 hours late due to complications on earlier jobs, but called me several times to update me as to his ETA. After replacing the part, he found another problem that also needed a part. By this time it was 6 pm on a Saturday and he had 3 more calls to make that night. “Why not postpone the calls?” I asked. “I can’t - I promised I’d see them today,” he replied, “and I wouldn’t feel right if I cancelled on them now.”. Great attitude, knows what he’s doing, explains it clearly, tells you how long it will take and why, cleans up afterwards - This is great service. And he also stayed calm, professional and positive throughout his horrible day. I would call iCare again, without hesitation.
(PS When the new part arrived about a week later, Stan fixed the fridge in 10 minutes.)
