I believe I just experienced the best customer service of all time.
Saturday night about 7pm we discovered we had no hot water and my husband called Jim at “Modern Home Energy” and tried to get the problem resolved over the phone to no e-vail. I needed hot water for the rest of the weekend as we had a lot going on. Jim suggested the issue required him to come to our home to resolve the problem, thus finding that the venter motor fan blades were clogged and he got us back up and running within the hour. I was so impressed that he was able to take the time on a Saturday night and fix the problem. Not only did he fix the problem, but he took the time to explain to us how we can prevent this from happening again in the future.
What a remarkable person and company, they definitely have a customer for life.
