Samsung gave my info to this company for a microwave handle repair under warranty. Jocelyn was very fast to order the part and call to book an appointment. I said I wanted to wait until lockdown is lifted and Jocelyn said it was not possible as Samsung gives them a timeline. i verified with Samsung to which I was told this is in fact not true. I called Jocelyn back to say I would wait and she told me this was not possible so I asked her to just send the file back to Samsung then and they could refer me to another company. I called Samsung to discuss with them and was told Jocelyn had sent in notes saying I was extremely rude when I’m fact I was simply responding to her the way she spoke to me. Guess she didn’t like it back! Anyhow too bad because it sounds like great honest service but Jocelyn is a little too pushy and rude and I made sure to let Samsung know!

I am sorry that you feel that you were disrespected but as one of the owners of the company I can assure you that we must fallow strict guidelines set out by Samsung. Waiting till after lockdown means canceling the work order. I support my employees when someone is be belligerent or disrespectful they do not have to put up with it. I hope you a good day.
