I contacted Climate Works in desperation of help regarding a my sons hamster who found its way in our vent. I spoke to the Operations Manager by the name of Daniel who was absolutely amazing! I was fortunate to have him come to my home the same day I placed the call. Daniel was patient, courteous, clean and very professional on getting the job done. He located my son's hamster (R.I.P MeatBall) and was able to extract it. It was a big job but Daniel was so focused on his work and the task at hand. I couldn't be happier and would definitely refer this company for any heating, cooling and plumbing projects.
