Avoid this company. I had no choice - they were my insurance company's contractor. They showed up with fans to dry things out ** two weeks ** after I filed the claim with my insurance company. Nothing else was done for two months in spite of my pleading and reminding them that the house had been sold and I had a closing date by which the repairs had to get done. I finally got some action by talking to the owner. When they finally did the work it was done fairly well. If you have Jerrod as your "project manager" look out. No follow up on anything. Five months later I have not seen an invoice so I can't close the insurance claim. I don't know how this company is still in business.

My renters called their insurance company when there was a flood in the basement. The company sent Service Master, fellow arrived,he went to the basement looked in the first room, stuck his head in second room, not entering or making an examination, took pictures and said that the home owner could call their insurance co. and have them ok Service master remove the paneling etc. , I went down, there was NO water damage to any of the paneling, the only damage was to a few pieces of furniture, he was only looking to make money, there was no need for them at at all.

I had a flood in my basement after a recent downpour. Within a couple of hours of contacting my insurance company I had a Servicemaster rep. here to begin the cleanup process. Shortly after that the cleanup crew was here. All of the staff was prompt, courteous, professional, thorough. They did an excellent job on the cleanup at a reasonable price. I elected not to rebuild as my basement family room isn't used much anymore, but I'm certain that Servicemaster would have finessed the rebuild with the same degree of professionalism. The customer service I received from this company was top-notch and I would highly recommend them!

The city sewer main backed up into my first brand new home. I chose Service Master for restoration and I'm glad I did. The craftsmanship of the repair was solid and they worked with me to ensure that the basement was restored in the proper way. Staff were on time, courteous, and made a very stressful time much more pleasant.
