I had issues with a new dishwasher, so I called these guys directly. They sent a tech over and he charged 150$ to turn my breaker on and off which they could have told me to try over the phone. It also didnt fix the problem. The tech was familiar with the symptoms Id described so they could have just came with parts ready to fix the appliance. Also, I booked the appt prior to the end of warranty, and this company failed to pass on this information to LG. This resulted in my warranty being void. I asked them nicely to rectify the situation but they said they cant deal with the manufacturer (after telling me they spoke to the manufacturer) I feel mislead by this company.

Also they have sent me a cease and desist letter for leaving a negative but factual review. They have threatened others with similar legal action as well - according to other reviews.

Update: After telling me my appliance is out of warranty, the manufacturer (LG) has told me that my appliance is under warranty and they are sending another company to repair it. Advance told me a mistruth to me about the warranty. Advance submitted NO service request to LG.

Technicians were knowledgeable, transparent and professional.

Great work by Matt. He had to remove 3 range hood microwaves in two different locations and dispose one. Matt was on time and fixed all of it. When I had some minor issue with one of them, he came back to fix it.

Tech arrived and completed the job. Very nice and polite guy.
Hard rate higher due to response time and communications. First contact was told 11 days until service call. Second contact less than a week from first I was assured parts were in hand and a service date was agreed to at 6 days out. That service was cancelled and follow up was 7 days later. Total 13 days or for the benifit of doubt 10 days from parts in hand (which I expect are locally available). Consider revising your webpage claims of same or next day service and 14 techs available. Also wonder if it was coincidence that you started replying to my today communications after I left a 0 star rating.

Slow on returning calls. Communication via text and phone only get auto reply. Tech cancelled appointment on Friday afternoon after waiting all day. Service set for following Friday between 2-4. 3:45 and still no call or response from office or tech.

The repairman was on time & the job was completed quickly & efficientlyjust thought it was expensive

Very disorganized, would not recommend. The manufacturer for my dishwasher reached out to advance appliance to book a warranty repair and they failed to book a service call with me. I had to follow up through the manufacturer after 3 weeks with zero contact. Then they made me wait at home all afternoon just to show up without the service manual, so they couldnt even work on the dishwasher. The technician admitted he didnt know what the issue was, but since its under warranty he said they would just order and swap out multiple parts. Then their office called and booked a time to come back 3 days later , but failed to show up or notify me that they werent coming. I called their office to find out where the tech was and they said they had no record of the appointment. Very frustrating and a total waste of my time. Even though my dishwasher manufacturer has coordinated for another appliance service to repair my dishwasher, Advance Appliance is still calling me. Joy from Advance Appliance told me you have to take down your review. So rather than learn from their mistakes and poor service, they are attempting to coerce dissatisfied customers to either removing their reviews or editing them to be doshonest and show their company in a more favourable light. Joy told me the parts they ordered are now in stock so I believe she was trying use them as leverage to have my honest review of their company removed. Do not trust their reviews, this company has NO INTEGRITY.

Larry is an awesome service tech would recommend him to anyone e. He goes above and beyond Such a rare quality to find now a days Would have him back in a heart beat

Larry was great and knowledgeable, very friendly and would recommend him or company to anyone

Ralph- he did a good job of installing control board. He was courteous and attentive.
