Much to our distress, the Ice Maker in our 10 year old refrigerator failed.
After doing a bit of Googling and checking reviews, we called Dowell Equipment Services. Jessica was very helpful. She took all our info and even identified that replacement parts were available for order. She set us up with a service appointment one week later.
Beau arrived ( with a trainee) on time, explained what his diagnostic procedure would be and went to work. As expected, the Ice unit itself had failed and had to be ordered.
The appointment to install the replacement unit was set for the next week. Again, Beau (and the trainee) arrived on time and quickly completed swapping the units.
As promised, after about 24 hours, the ice bucket was starting to fill up with ice.
We were very happy with the quality of work and will certainly use Dowell if necessary in the future.
