We hired Andes Home Improvements to work on the outdoor space of a rental townhouse property and they did an excellent job. There were a couple of hiccups along the way because we were not on site for the actual build but there was constant dialogue with Jose. He gave suggestions to resolve and was very professional in getting the job done on time and to satisfaction. The tenants were very happy with the outcome.

Owners were friendly and courteous from the get go. Accommodated my request to use my existing pavers from a previous project. Showed up the date they said they would and completed when they said they would. Workers are professional and hard working.

This was a relatively minor job but Andes responded quickly to our post on Homestars. They quickly gave us an estimate and we settled on a time for the work. Rob and his assistant were diligent throughout, even calling to say they may be delayed half an hour. This is a refreshing change from other contractors who don't seem to care about keeping their clients in the loop. The work is of excellent quality. The premises were left as clean or cleaner than before. I fully recommend Andes for your home improvement projects. I know I will use them again.
