We used Quality & Design Stairs in 2021 to replace our old carpeted staircase with a glass railing system and wood steps to match our flooring (4 flights of stairs). Everything from booking site visits, design consultation, to answering my questions, was always handled promptly and professionally. The quality of work was exactly what I was hoping for. We had one issue with how one piece of glass was sitting in the railing, and it was addressed immediately without question. The transformation was amazing. I highly recommend their services.

Excellent customer service and workmanship. Called for a quote for refinishing stairs and new railings. Appointment was set up, Miriam came and measurements were taken. Explained what we were looking for and was provided several different options. Was provided schedule with how many days the project would take. Crew showed up on day and all work was carried out in a timely manner as promised, quality of work was a excellent. Stain was matched to the new hardwood floor. I would definitely recommend them for any stair work.

These guys provided amazing service and price for the professional quality of work we received. I visited the shop in Vaughan and they showed me the product I would be getting for the 14 stair renovation in an our old downtown Toronto home. They scheduled me in quickly, and they arrived at my house on time and finished quicker than I thought. One of the nice things is they were really approachable and always responsive to me calls and questions. They were also really clean, polite and courteous while working in my house, which you don't always get. Highly recommendable!

When we decided to undergo a rather large home renovation project, our biggest worry was the staircase. We had no idea if the vision we had could come to life. Quality and design stairs are a first rate company. We hired them to replace our stairs. Miriam and David were exceptional. Miriam visiting our house on numerous occasions to ensure we were happy with the project as it was moving along. She is accommodating and a tremendous person. She really cares about the workmanship and quality of the job. I have never had someone go over the details so well and be passionate about the finished project. David was a fantastic installer and the outcome was perfect. I cannot say enough good things about this team and I wish they did additional home renos/trades as I would hire them instantly.
