After extensive industry research and comparison shopping, we felt very confident in hiring Julian and his team to renovate / replace our stair railing. They replaced the newel posts and spindles, as well as sanded and stained the handrail and stringers. The finished project looks fantastic!!!
From the get go, I was impressed with how knowledgeable Julian was, and what expert advice he was able to provide during the planning stages of our project. I was also impressed with the time Julian was willing to invest in answering all our questions (and we had ALOT of questions).
When it came to the quality of materials used and the teams skilled workmanship, I continued being impressed.
What impressed me most, however, was Julians absolute, unwavering dedication to ensuring we were 100% happy with the end result (and boy, are we ever!). I am a difficult, demanding, not-picky client, and I dont hesitate to raise concerns I have about even the tiniest of issues. And yet, throughout the entire project, Julian was eager to listen to my concerns, address them, and resolve them to my complete satisfaction. And he did so with an amazing sense of urgency, without ever once pushing back. The customer service he provided was truly world-class, and it is very evident that he takes great pride in his work and his clients satisfaction.
