Addison Design and Build were recommended by a friend/co-worker and we were very pleased from start to finish. We renovated 2 bathrooms within the given estimate and timelines. Loren and his team were courteous and professional, responding in a timely manner to calls and texts, providing adequate information on what the entire process entailed and what to expect, cleaning up on a daily basis and most importantly, ensured that we were happy and content with the final product. We would highly recommend the Addison team for their honesty, reliability and their attention to detail!

We had a 10/10 experience with Addison Design & Build for our basement renovation. We added a powder room to our basement, and finished our laundry room area in our 100+ year old house and the final product was exactly as we envisioned. We also closed off our boiler room and cleaned up the storage area under our stairs. Loren, the project manager, is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and had us feeling confident in the teams work throughout the entire process. The job ran smoothly and finished exactly on schedule. Overall an amazing experience, we highly recommend Addison Design Build and would 100% work with them again for our next project!

We just had our home “renovated” by another “contractor” and they essentially created a mess. Loren came to our rescue and with his can do attitude he and his trades made a bad renovation by someone else a piece of renovation art that we are very proud to showcase.

We renovated the main floor and kitchen of our 100+ year old semi-detached house in Leslieville, including an upgrade of our HVAC system to a boiler/radiant heating. After obtaining several quotes we went with Addison and we were very happy with our decision. Loren took time to understand what we wanted and was patient with us throughout the quoting process. Their project management was top notch and the tradespeople/subcontractors were excellent - on-time, courteous and skilled. They always kept a clean job site (a positive sign) and Loren was always available to quickly answer questions and address concerns (another big positive). As the renovation took place during Covid there was the risk of supply chain disruptions and lockdowns etc., but Addison managed to complete the job within the timeframe they gave us (very impressive). We've been in the space for several months now and are really happy with the results. I would definitely use Addison again.

We hired Addison to underpin and build out the basement for our new home and couldn't be happier. Loren was very professional and responsive throughout the project. The team also seemed to work exceptionally hard/fast (project was done quicker than anyone else we spoke to) and the end result was great.

We chose Addison because they are a reputable company as they have done a few renovations in our neighbourhood. We did a full interior renovation of our older-ish home in Etobicoke and are very satisfied with the quality of their workmanship. They are very professional and organized and they gave us the schedule of which tradesperson was coming to our house for the week so there was no surprises. The workers who came in were tidy, friendly and efficient. At the end of the renovation, they had cleaners come in and clean up everything. We are Very glad we chose them and excitedly happy with our new space!

I hired Addison Construction to convert my two-unit rental property in 2018 and I am thrilled with the results!! Everyone person that has seen it has commented on how great the place looks and the attention to detail of the work. When I was looking for contractors, the most important attributes are integrity, passion for their trade, attention to detail, reliability, and creativity. Addison scores off the charts in all of these facets.

Their project manager was one of the most honest people I have met. He was clear about the risks of doing something and gives his feedback on whether he thinks it is a good idea. Whenever something went wrong throughout the project, he brought it up quickly and let me know the options to resolve them. They also only work with tradespeople that have his similar attention to detail and integrity which minimizes/eliminates costs from rework or mistakes.

In summary, I can't recommend Addison Construction enough and their rates are extremely reasonable when you consider the quality of work, assistance and staff that they provide to complete the projects!

We decided to remodel our home to get it ready for sale. We began contacting contractors. What a headache! But once I got together with a team member from Addison Construction, things ran unbelievably smoothly. They included permit and architectural drawings witch helped us in getting everything sooner. In short, we did a full home remodeling, 2 bathrooms, attic, basement, outside brick and siding work. I couldn't be more happy! The company is Very helpful, very concerned that things went well for us, and that we knew what was happening at all times. Their attention to detail was amazing. This was a huge job and they rolled right on with it like the true professionals that they are. Staff was great about communicating to me about their work flow and what I should expect to see coming next. What's amazing was how coordinated everything was. We are very very happy with the outcome!

Addison did a fantastic job on our full home 2 story renovation. The project was extensive as the home required to be totally gutted from top to bottom. I found the project managers to be very communicative, honest about time lines and delays and very willing to help. The management team will personally do what it takes for projects to be successful, even including moving furniture up stairs ! The project time line went two weeks over the original schedule, however this was due to a few requested changes on our behalf. We are very very glad we chose them and I would highly recommend both the company and the team to any home owner!
