I hired Addison Construction to convert my two-unit rental property in 2018 and I am thrilled with the results!! Everyone person that has seen it has commented on how great the place looks and the attention to detail of the work. When I was looking for contractors, the most important attributes are integrity, passion for their trade, attention to detail, reliability, and creativity. Addison scores off the charts in all of these facets.

Their project manager was one of the most honest people I have met. He was clear about the risks of doing something and gives his feedback on whether he thinks it is a good idea. Whenever something went wrong throughout the project, he brought it up quickly and let me know the options to resolve them. They also only work with tradespeople that have his similar attention to detail and integrity which minimizes/eliminates costs from rework or mistakes.

In summary, I can't recommend Addison Construction enough and their rates are extremely reasonable when you consider the quality of work, assistance and staff that they provide to complete the projects!

We decided to remodel our home to get it ready for sale. We began contacting contractors. What a headache! But once I got together with a team member from Addison Construction, things ran unbelievably smoothly. They included permit and architectural drawings witch helped us in getting everything sooner. In short, we did a full home remodeling, 2 bathrooms, attic, basement, outside brick and siding work. I couldn't be more happy! The company is Very helpful, very concerned that things went well for us, and that we knew what was happening at all times. Their attention to detail was amazing. This was a huge job and they rolled right on with it like the true professionals that they are. Staff was great about communicating to me about their work flow and what I should expect to see coming next. What's amazing was how coordinated everything was. We are very very happy with the outcome!

Addison did a fantastic job on our full home 2 story renovation. The project was extensive as the home required to be totally gutted from top to bottom. I found the project managers to be very communicative, honest about time lines and delays and very willing to help. The management team will personally do what it takes for projects to be successful, even including moving furniture up stairs ! The project time line went two weeks over the original schedule, however this was due to a few requested changes on our behalf. We are very very glad we chose them and I would highly recommend both the company and the team to any home owner!

This project was a huge undertaking for us and having been previous costumers we felt comfortable that their team would bring their professionalism, care and attention to detail through out the entire project as they had done before. We hired Addison to renovate our home if i had to sum up the their team in one word, it would be QUALITY. Quality in their relationships and understanding their customers. Quality in their workmanship and pride in the finished results. Quality in the tradespeople they use who are top notch. They have worked with our budget and, they delivered! We had two different projects with Addison. They first completed our basement. They did perfect a job finishing the entire basement and bathroom. The construction manager kept us up to date with all the different tasks and all the different contractors and were always on time. All work was done cleanly and workmanship was perfect. During construction we had some changes and they were always accommodating and incorporated our ideas. Once our basement was completed and a year later we decided to renovate the entire second floor of our home and Addison was first on our list. Again they did a perfect job executing the entire project from start to finish!

We renovated our basement and bathroom with Addison and felt the difference from the start. In the initial meeting, the project manager was upfront with the time-lines and was clear about what the project would entail in the provided scope of work. He made sure to ask the right questions in order to deliver exactly what we were looking for, and there were no surprises during the entire process. Their team worked really hard and even finished our basement and bathroom Reno ahead of the expected time frame and quality of work was excellent. We had a very positive experience and would recommend their services to all our friends and family!

I worked with Addison and their architects,during the extensive renovation of our home in East York. Not only was the project manager hands on, dedicated and exceedingly professional through out, but we found it highly calming that he always had innovative solutions to solve problems and capitalize on opportunities during the renovation process. The Addison construction team also went out of their way to treat our home with care. They over-protected areas that were not being worked on. They cleaned up the entire job site every evening. When we would visit off hours, everything was cleaned and swept, and the tools put away carefully. They didn’t have to do that, but it was part of their process — and it was a signal that they cared about our space. Simply put, I cannot recommend them enough, and strongly suggest that anyone undertaking a renovation in Toronto should do themselves a favor and consider working with them.
