The Technichan arrived in a timely manner. Was professional and personable. Was able to work in a tight space to diagnose and repair the problem. All good so far.

Dimitri was very accommodating, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was also transparent and honest. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them for repairs.

Dimitri did a great job fixing multiple problems with my gas stove. He fixed two burners that were not lighting correctly, fixed the broken light in the oven, and leveled the cook top which was previously slanted.

Overall he did an excellent job, was very professional, and I would highly recommend his services.

My microwave wasn't working. When Dimitri opened the microwave, he found the loose wire and told me that it caused the problem. He could have said you needed an expensive part...etc. Great and honest service!

My oven didn't heat up so I tried to fix it by resetting it myself, which somehow made the door latch not locking properly. So I called Appliance Wizards for help. Dimitri came in and diagnosed the issue very quickly. He suggested that I should consider changing the control board, and gave me a quote but was never pushy. I called him back when I decided to go ahead with getting the part replaced. He came in on time and fixed it fairly quickly. Overall I highly recommend this company. Their service is great, reps are friendly and professional, and price is reasonable.
