Good person and good workmanship

We called for service Sunday evening because of the basement floor drain backup. Tylor came within an hour not for the extra money but because our need: we are a household of 7 and our seniors couldn’t go to the toilet until it’s fixed.
Not only he is friendly and helpful. His workmanship is good. After the pipe was unclogged, he also cleared the pipe going out to make sure no more clogging. And he cleaned all surfaces he touched right away. The area is cleaner than before. This also gives me more confidence in his work.
