Tyler fixed up our old bathroom (1970s-1980s, not sure when it was put in) leaky tub tap and gave us recommendations on moving forward with a possible bathroom reno, sometime in the next couple of years or so. He gave us some suggestions on how to fix some existing water issues in relation to silicone for the tub/tiling and what not. When bathroom reno time comes around, I will be calling Hidden Bay Plumbing first. Thank you!

Tyler did a fantastic job listening to our needs and addressing everything. He charged us a fair price and gave me a little bit of help for afterwards when I finish things up. I found Tyler to be very efficient and got the job done without incident. I called him because I had a main sewer line issue which was a huge undertaking as he was dealing with a very old house. He arrived on time, got to work, did a fantastic job including having to make a special trip to the hardware store which was unexpected He was very pleasant to deal with. We called for service Sunday evening because of the basement floor drain backup. Tylor came within an hour not for the extra money but because our need: we are a household of 7 and our seniors couldn’t go to the toilet until it’s fixed.

Not only he is friendly and helpful. His workmanship is good. After the pipe was unclogged, he also cleared the pipe going out to make sure no more clogging. And he cleaned all surfaces he touched right away. The area is cleaner than before. This also gives me more confidence in his work.

The drain under my kitchen sink was clogged and I tried to use some sort of chemical from HomeDepot with a small auger. Thing was getting worse from water going slow to standing still. Tyler quoted me $178 if thing got resolved within an hour. He came on time and cleaned up the clogged drain pipe. Then he found some leaking under the double-sink. So, he spent the remaining time to redo the putty on both sinks and made sure the leaking stopped. That is right. He didn't charge me extra for it. Tyler was professional and polite. I'd definitely rehire Hidden Bay again.

Tyler with Hidden Bay did the plumbing and gasfitting for our kitchen reno. It was fairly complicated because the drain, vent, fridge waterline, range gas line and outdoor hose line all needed to be moved. He did an awesome job and was reasonably priced. He came back a couple weeks later to do the finishing work and left the place looking amazing. I would definitely recommend Tyler and Hidden Bay.
