Short story - I recommend J.C. Kneider without hesitation. In fact, Based on our wonderful experience with the entire team I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Long story - John was a delight to work with. When we were soliciting quotes for a backyard fence and deck surrounding a swim spa, John was responsive and patient with us. He provided excellent drawings, one of the most affordable project quotes. and he started quickly. As the project progressed the entire team was absolutely lovely to interact with - and I'd like to specifically call out Brian who is a true carpentry rockstar and genuinely decent person. When lumber supplies were limited (due to COVID related shortages), John drove around the city to various Home Depots, etc.

My family is thrilled with the outcome, and we would 100% use J.C. Kneider again.

Constructed/excavated basement level garage and turned old garage space into dining room/den. Related outside landscaping. Reconfiguration of kitchen and family room. Extension of front entrance.

I have been a customer for more than 15 years. I wouldn't call anyone else! John is honest and straight forward. I like his carpenters and his other trades. He knows who to call and where to shop. Cabinets, lighting and flooring.

Full renovation, great work, on time and more importantly, on budget! Full kitchen and four bathrooms, quality workmanship, we were so happy with the work and the trades who worked with us, great.

Large job that involved reconstruction of several balconies of multiple units of a medium size condominium building.

Excellent quality, fairly priced ,on time, John is easy to work with and we are very happy with the result.
