My family needed more space so we looked for contractors to help us build a 7x9 shed in our backyard. Teodora and team were responsive immediately, communicative throughout and utmost professional. Wouldn't hesitate to refer to friends and family for any reno or construction.

Mitch, Rafael and team were fantastic! Theyve replaced our flooring and baseboards, ensured all was well finished and walls painted, when needed. We were travelling, they communicated everything very well and met an aggressive timeline so when we got back the project was completed and we were on budget! So couldnt ask for more, its our second round of renos with Teodora group and well sure use them again in the future.

He is extremely efficient, polite, responsive, friendly, and is consistently ensuring you, as the client, are fully informed and happy with everything. Customer service is truly excellent. A shout also to Rafael who has such a jovial nature and always had a smile on his face despite our dog being a menace towards him. Teodora Group have a great culture and attitude towards business that is 100% client-focused. Having worked with so many contractors in the past this is what really matters. Nothing was too much for them and they respect that ultimately, they are guests in your house and are working to make your renovations dreams a reality. The bathroom renovation they did for us is amazing. Great workmanship; flexible when we needed to change things; always cost-efficient; and good advice and guidance throughout the process from beginning to end. We really wish Mitch and the team the very best for their business and personal future. We will be hiring them again and would thoroughly recommend them for any domestic build or renovation.

Mitch is an excellent contractor and collaborator. He is a great listener and follows through on his promises. The quote process with Teodora was very professional and he was willing to discuss every uncertainty I had, until I was satisfied. Although the project ran past the original quoted time, everything was done to an incredibly high standard. Mitch even helped us with several tasks which were beyond the scope of the quote he gave us, as a favour to us. Such a gratifying experience and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our new bathroom. We will be working with Teodora again.

Mitch was a great listener, with excellent attention to detail. In spite of difficulties (covid restrictions, sudden loss of a project manager) he managed to get the job done, and the result is amazing! Some timing issues with subcontractors, but quality of work very good. Still waiting for the replacement of a defective cabinet, but that is the fault of the supplier, not Teodora! All workers pleasant, followed covid restrictions, and dealt well with condo authorities.
