Graham-Martin Mechanical is an excellent company to work with. From the time I logged a call with my warranty company, they always call back with in a few hours to acknowledge the receipt of your service request and then set up an appointment time within a day or two. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I wouldn't call any other company now.

We had an issue with our refrigerator over thanksgiving not keeping the correct temperature. After searching across the internet we found Graham-Martin Mechanical. We put a call in for a service call and Kyle was prompt with booking an appointment for the very next day. Kyle arrived right on time. He did his diagnostic testing and found it to be a damper and a main board to be replaced. Ordered parts but due to COVID backlogs parts arrived in a week ( no fault of his) repair was done in less thxn half hour and fairly priced out. We will use Kyle and his company again and have referred to friends when in need.

A great experience from start to finish, right from the initial call to book an appointment to the actual repair. kyle was fantastic. He Identified problem with my stove - repaired it and also took the initiative to check out all elements and other aspects of stove to ensure all was in working order. Even levelled the stove for me! I had been without my dishwasher since Christmas when Kyle was recommended to me. He came in, diagnosed the issue and also offered a solution for my fridge which was a secondary issue.
