Had a long list of repair and replacement jobs for Kevin. I provided the Kitchen faucet, garburator, shower cartridge, and toilet. He arrived as per schedule. Got right down to business since it was a long list. Kevin was friendly as well as professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbours without hesitation.

We were installing a new washer and drier and we needed to quickly replace our taps and connectors.

Phoned Friday AM to have a kitchen sink drain unclogged.
Kevin offered to come Saturday morning, but i didn't want to pay for OT wknd work and said that it could wait until Monday. He said he wasn't charging OT for coming on a Saturday.
The appointment was for 10 AM and he arrived at 10AM.
Finished just before noon. Wore a mask and gloves for the entire procedure.
His rate is very reasonable and he didn't charge travel time.
I will be calling him for any future plumbing needs. And will suggest his services to neighbours and friends.

Well my basement was flooded to weeks ago.
Inspection was in house and they told me drain should be checked.
I put on Homestars request. One of them who contacted me was Kevin. Kevin explanation was the the best explanation from all guys. Explanation what make seance.
Kevin come today , he fixed that right the way.
Issue was exactly what he told me during inspection.
He did little bit digging in front of house found main pipe. Cut pipe, added new pipe from outside through concrete wall and replaced all parts including main pipe.
Old pipe in concrete wall had pin hole and was licking.

Got the number from Craigslist as I was looking for someone to repair our heating. It was the coldest day of the year in many years, and Kevin ansered the phone and came to our house in an hour. He checked various things and needed some parts which was broken. He came back next morning, very early , with the parts, even in bad road condition when no one would drive, he drove all the way and parked where he could and walked up the hill to our house.

he worked in the issue, relentlessly until it was working and we had heat again.

When we were worried, what if it doesn't work again, he was there available to fix it. He checked on us the following day to make sure if everything was ok.
