Deep water plumbing

Great and professional work. Had one of the workers come and fix my water main. They did a great job and the area was nice and spotless. Very well done.

Called Archie to help me solve a leaking radiator. He evaluated the issue online and sent the team within 2 hours to fix the leak. This was a tough job, where they had to remove a pipe that was installed during home construction ~100 years ago. They left the work area clean and I was very pleased with the work.

I had an emergency with my sewer pump failure. Archi was prompt to resolve the issue on a Saturday. No waiting very prpompt and diagnosed and corrected with minimal cost. There is no middle man or office staff. When you call Deep water plumbing you talk to the owner who is very knowledgable, prompt , honest, curtious and inexpensive. This is the second time I have called him on an emergency basis. I highly recomend him for any plumbing work.

Our house's 50-year old shower had leaks for some time. From Home star to find one of best-rated plumbers. Archie was good communicator and first to respond to our request. Did a very good job to replace our old shower with single lever shower recently.

Archie was the first to respond. Great communication, and he was professional and quick. He gave us some options and went right to work replacing the faucet and sink drain. No mess was left behind. He also checked the bathroom sink drain and did not charge us. Thank you for your help!

Our washroom faucet broke yesterday morning and it almost flooded.
My wife immediately called the super. She was told the plumbers are in the building.
After a few minutes, the plumber knocked and we let him see the broken faucet.
He googled new faucet at Home Depot for a model and price that me and my wife agreed. He would buy it for us and install it same day.
Later in the afternoon yesterday. He and his partner came and replaced the broken faucet with the new one. They changed the two cables underneath the sink as well.
We now have a new faucet. They charged us a very reasonable price.

I posted the job and Deep water was the first to call me back. The price was reasonable and they were able to accommodate the same day and my busy schedule. They arrived on time, were very professional and quickly removed the old faucet. They installed the new faucet and fully tested it and then called me over to verify. They removed the old faucet and no mess was left behind. Very good and highly recommend.

Femi responded immediately although I contacted hin via whatsapp late evening and said he'd come the next day. He came on time with his assistant on time and finished the job quickly and efficiently as he had done previously. They were both very courteous, and Femi explained the problem clearly and what he was doing. They cleaned up before they left.
