Our washroom faucet broke yesterday morning and it almost flooded. My wife immediately called the super. She was told the plumbers are in the building. After a few minutes, the plumber knocked and we let him see the broken faucet. He googled new faucet at Home Depot for a model and price that me and my wife agreed. He would buy it for us and install it same day. Later in the afternoon yesterday. He and his partner came and replaced the broken faucet with the new one. They changed the two cables underneath the sink as well. We now have a new faucet. They charged us a very reasonable price. They did a very good job. I will recommend their service.
