We used Renovearea for our renovation on our newly purchased home, that needed a major facelift, from April-June 2024.

I would recommend Adrian, Sam and their team without hesitation.
We found them professional, punctual and trustworthy and found it very easy to work with them to find the perfect flooring and fixtures for our places. Were loving our new place after the upgrades.

Punctuality can be very rare in this industry so we were very pleasantly surprised, even our neighbours commented on their punctuality and professionalism. We have recommended them to our family and friends already.

We will definitely be calling them back up for any future renovations we do.

I just got my condo renovated through RennovArea. Adrian and the team was super creative to keep my budget under control as much as possible. We still went a bit over budget but overall it was worth a bit of extra expense. I would highly recommend RennovArea and definitely hire them in future if we need any more work done.

Adrian, Sam and the team were diligent, on schedule and on budget. They were always available and ready to help, and were excellent and creative collaborators that come up with inventive solutions, especially for one of our small spaces. Sam in particular did great quality work and the whole team was a real pleasure to work with.

If you are looking for home renovations, I would highly recommend getting in touch with Adrian at Rennovarea. From start to finish they were punctual, reliable, and curtious. They recently installed two new bathrooms in our condo and I am delighted with the quality. The building management have been very impressed by how considerate and respectful they are of our neighbours, also. They were very accomodating to design changes and very reasonable in price. I feel incredibly lucky to have worked with the RennovArea team for a recent flooring installation. It was a small project that ultimately took only one day, but Adrian had been extremely accommodating and communicative in the weeks leading up to it. Since day one, he was patient and thorough in walking me through everything, including things to consider (no matter how big or small) and what to expect. Despite being a small client, he never made me feel like my project was unimportant, even though he's super busy! He always responded to my questions over text or call right away, and was very clear when communicating and what to expect next. I especially appreciated how he guided me through every step of the way, including how to handle materials and get ready for the day of our installation. Hes so friendly and easy to talk to and makes you feel confident about the reno, which (as we all know) is worth a million dollars when for any homeowner its such a stressful thing to undertake. On the day of the install, his teamLuke and Samworked incredibly hard around the clock and never sacrificed quality of work for speed. They did an amazing job and we are so happy with their work. The whole experience, including the crew, was outstandingthey were friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. They also left the site super clean, which was such a big relief. I really feel like they treated our home and the whole project like it were their own, and did their very best to do good work and make us happy. The pride they take in their work really shows. I will definitely be calling Adrian again when I need reno help again, and will be recommending them to all my family and friends. They really are as amazing as the other reviewers claim, if not more :)

We are so happy to have found Adrian, Sam, and their team to renovate our condo based on online reviews. They did great work, provided us sound advice, and we enjoyed all of our interactions during the project. We were concerned that we couldn't find a top-notch contractor for a small job--it's a small condo--and can't say enough how pleased we are about the attention given to the project. They made our moving schedule possible by completing the flooring, painting, baseboards, etc. and were very flexible; they ended up installing flooring we bought in the States that wasn't available locally.

No doubt similar to many of their clients, we wanted some particular improvements, in our case reinforcing a hallway wall to support a floating bookshelf and finishing the surround of a removed appliance. They approached these requests creatively, exceeded our expectations with their craft, and their pricing was always very reasonable.

We now have the exact home we want, but, if we ever have another project, we will contact RennovArea in a second.

Adrian along with Odin and Glenda and the rest of his crew did an amazing job . They were all very friendly and polite . The job was done relatively on budget even though there were a few issues that came up regarding the job . We are extremely pleased with the new look and wouldnt hesitate to call them for future projects. Thanks again Adrian

Adrian and his crew did an amazing job of our full kitchen and bathroom renovation. Adrian worked with us to stay within our budget, despite my tendency to initially pick the most expensive materials. Everyone who came through to do any work was friendly and respectful of the fact that we were living onsite during the work. Both rooms ended up looking the way we planned.

I would highly recommend RennovArea for any projects you've been putting off getting done!
