I feel incredibly lucky to have worked with the RennovArea team for a recent flooring installation. It was a small project that ultimately took only one day, but Adrian had been extremely accommodating and communicative in the weeks leading up to it. Since day one, he was patient and thorough in walking me through everything, including things to consider (no matter how big or small) and what to expect. Despite being a small client, he never made me feel like my project was unimportant, even though he's super busy! He always responded to my questions over text or call right away, and was very clear when communicating and what to expect next. I especially appreciated how he guided me through every step of the way, including how to handle materials and get ready for the day of our installation. Hes so friendly and easy to talk to and makes you feel confident about the reno, which (as we all know) is worth a million dollars when for any homeowner its such a stressful thing to undertake. On the day of the install, his teamLuke and Samworked incredibly hard around the clock and never sacrificed quality of work for speed. They did an amazing job and we are so happy with their work. The whole experience, including the crew, was outstandingthey were friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. They also left the site super clean, which was such a big relief. I really feel like they treated our home and the whole project like it were their own, and did their very best to do good work and make us happy. The pride they take in their work really shows. I will definitely be calling Adrian again when I need reno help again, and will be recommending them to all my family and friends. They really are as amazing as the other reviewers claim, if not more :)

I say this with no exaggeration: Yi is hands down the best contractor I have come across in the GTA! We found Yi through HomeStars, and you’ll notice (as I have) that one running theme across ALL his client feedback is how reliable and honest he is. His team came in and rescued us when things went south with a previous contractor we hired, who left our bathroom gutted but was unable to complete it. We reached out to Yi, and to our surprise despite how busy all contractors were at the time (summer of 2021 with extensively COVID-19 lockdowns), he came in on the same day to help us assess the situation and explained really thoroughly the necessary next steps. He detailed-oriented nature and willingness to openly discuss things with us gave me so much confidence. On hindsight, we were so lucky that he and his team were available. Over the next days, Yi’s team worked tirelessly to give us our dream bathroom. They were punctual, friendly, tidy, and very respectful—I really felt like Yi gives the same level of care to your home and renovation project as if it were his own. Very often I had questions about our project and building materials, Yi responded without fail within minutes of my text messages (even when it’s like 10pm in the evening!). He’s by far the most dedicated, conscientious, and reliable contractor I have ever worked with (and I’ve worked with a number over the years). Another trait I really value in Yi is how easy he is to talk to. He never makes you feel you’re bothering him or that he’s got too many other clients and you’re unimportant. Our bathroom came out beautifully and exactly as envisioned, and we are so grateful to Yi and his team. The quality of his work was top-notch. In many instances, he would suggest solutions that are more difficult and labor-intensive for him to execute yet work better aesthetically and functionally. This tells me how much he had my best interest at heart! For all my future renovations, Yi would be the first (and I hope also the last!) person I want to work with. Hamid and Bob at City Energy came out to my house on short notice for duct repair. They made everything so easy, and were really courteous, friendly, and professional. I plan to seek out their services again in the future. Thanks again Hamid and Bob!
