The repair personal came quickly after hours. I just have a comment:
The terms of payment were not explained and the contractor wanted an advance to start with the job, but this was not communicated by HomeZilla staff.
As we don't have cash on site and require an invoice before we can do any payment, this caused confusion and delay.
Otherwise the job was done very quickly and professionally.
