We called Evgeny in after being told we needed to replace an entire part on our Bosch, which would have cost +$500. Evgeny looked at it and said that the problem was much simpler, fixed it, and a couple of months later the machine is working perfectly.
Very competent and professional. Would recommend him without hesitation.
