We have called Eugene on two occasions, and will continue to work with him for our appliance repairs.

The first time, the washing machine leaked and he efficiently diagnosed and fixed a burst pipe. The second time, he fixed the very noisy squeak from our dryer. Both times, he was prompt, trustworthy and took time to explain the possible solutions with costs and benefits.

We had an issue with our microwave and oven. Eugene responded promptly to our request and was diagnosing the problem within a hr. After figuring out the problem (and explaining it to me), he gave me a reasonable quote and ordered the parts I needed. As soon as the parts came in, he came by and fixed everything quickly! Top notch service from an upstanding person.

I woke up today and my fridge was blowing warm air. I lost everything in the freezer and stuff in the fridge was going fast. I called Eugene and he was able to come in 40 min even with other appointments that day. He came and looked, explained everything to me, and then fixed it. Awesome service and amazing that he was able to come so fast! Highly recommend to everyone and I’ll be keeping his number for any appliance problems in the future!

We called in for maintenance on our dishwasher that wasn’t draining properly, as well as the microwave door that wasn’t opening. Eugene found out, in both cases, what was creating the malfunctioning. Took his time to explain. Very professional service, he really knows his stuff. Highly recommend!

We have a built in wall oven/microwave that stopped working after 6 months. We had a bother repair guy attempt to fix it, but that only lasted a couple of days. Evgeny was prompt, courteous and diagnosed the issue right away. He hooked up the wires differently and the problem seems to have gone away. Definitely recommended!

My property's fridge broke down and needed an urgent fix since I have a tenant. I submitted a service request through Homestars and Eugene quickly sent me a text message with the requested information. He was available to go to the property and assessed the problem the same day. He provided me with an accurate quote. I appreciated that he said he would not charge me if the new part doesn't solve the problem. He came a second time the next day with the replacement part and found out the issue was electrical (defective outlet). Eugene was honest and ended up not replacing the part and charged me much less then what was quoted (just the service call). I give him 9/10 just because he could have save himself a second trip but this issue was tricky. I would call him again and recommend him.

Had deduced our 15+ year old Refridgerator would have to be replaced but checked the web and found Home Stars. Filled out request with symptoms and within minutes got a call from Eugene. He texted me and said he could be there within an hour. Asked him if he would wear a Covid mask and he agreed whole heartedly. He arrived, was polite, personable, efficient, replaced a thermostat, fixed the problem. The price, $175 was totally onside.
