2.Arrived every scheduled day as planned and made extra visits on own time to assess/modify plans as needed.
3. Ongoing communication via texting to keep me informed and offer invaluable suggestions (e.g., plants sales). I never had to worry about whether he was going to show up.
4. He respectfully listened to my ideas and explained very carefully why they could or shouldn't be incorporated.
5. For someone who is so artistic and who clearly knows exactly what plan will work best, he has the gift of patience and making the client feel heard.

Did such an amazing job. Cleaned up all my flower beds, trimmed all the bushes, and edged my whole yard. This is the best edging I have ever had done. Also mulched my whole yard as well. The work was completed so quickly and they are so pleasant. So nice to have the yard all done and now I can enjoy once the weather gets better. Would highly recommend! These guys will give you a quote for the landscape on your property and then they will go and cut corners by not trimming some shrubs and trees around the house. They told me that if I wanted the trees trimmed it would cost me more and that was after they did the work. If you want to waste your money on a company that is not honest about the work they will do on your property then that's up to you. You can't really trust a company like this because they are a take the money and run kind of company.
You know what they say? Buyer Beware.

Prompt and Polite - whether it be an estimate or a response to a question that I had. Shawn went out of his way (to get a tool from his home) to assist me on an urgent matter that I had on another property. His sub-trades were pleasant and caring as well.

I hired Sean to get an area of my backyard garden ready so I could plant veggies this year. He was professional and got the job done to my satisfaction. Ready and willing to please the customer is his work ethic and I will defiantly reccomend his company. I will be using his company again for more yard work needed this season. We do property management and new property developments - Shawn from Redtail Hawks was very friendly, knowledgable and responsive. We had limited funds and a time constraint. Shawn understood our position and went to work full force. He took care of renting the equipment, picking up plants, prepping the site, communicating with us and notifying the neighbours and getting to work.

During the process he was professional, quick and clean. The final result exceeded our expectations. Even though we had a very limited budget, he helped make it work and beautify the landscaping. We continually use Redtail Hawk's services and are always satisfied with the vast amount of work they can do (snow removal, lawn maintenance, gardening, creative work etc) Thank you Shawn and Redtail Hawk!

Shawn has been great. He does an excellent job clearing our sidewalks and driveway and his rates are reasonable for the work he does. I appreciate that he texts me when he's going to come out and shows up when expected. I will continue to use Redtail Hawk and would recommend their services to others.
