Out of the three quotes I got yours was the least expensive by far and it was very informative the first time the Liram came to see the house for a quote.

Had an emergency HVAC issue creating constant loud noises. Researched Homestar and found Service Pro Group. First time using them and would definitely use them in future. Our a/c stopped blowing cold air. I called Liran and he came with 3 hours. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes, and everything was fixed within a few hours. We now have nice cool air on a very hot day.

Great service. Fast, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. I had been told by a previous service company that the 5year old tankless water heating unit would need to be replaced but Liran gave it a thorough clean and it works fine now. I will definitely be using Service Pro for all my heating and cooling needs.

Liran did a fantastic job of evaluating my home's systems and providing me with various options on what items needed repair and/or replacement. These options were set out clearly so that my family was able to make the best choice on improving the HVAC system. I was also provided with a variety of options for brands (furnace and a/c) and the pros/cons of each. Liran removed our old system and installed a new furnace and a/c all in great time and with great diligence (even though installation at my home was not easy because of the orientation and location of my furnace room). I would highly recommend Service Pro Group to anyone in need of this type of work/service. If you need them, they'll be there to help.

Liran did an excellent job, he is very professional and so very kind and friendly. I would like to thank him for explaining to us how the unit will work and also suggesting the unit with heat pump which will give us heat in the times when heating is turned off in the condo building but it gets cold outside and it is also energy efficient.

We've lived in this house for 20+ years and added a 3 story addition - we've seen many tradespeople, and Liran is outstanding. Liran just completed a furnace install for us and he was considerate, professional, helpful and all around brilliant - he clearly enjoys his work and people. He took his time to answer questions upfront and research (including a thorough and thoughtful response) about a furnace review I asked him about. Liran went above and beyond expectations including looking at some plumbing work that was not related to the furnace replacement. Liran did not push any upsells or additions on us.
