Sergii was early ( the best ), by half hour!! He was extremely professional and had my issue fixed in no time. He took the time to explain what had happened and how he was going to fix it which he did - quickly!! This was the first time I have used Dr Appliance as I am relatively new to this area of Ottawa. I will definitely use them in the future plus have already told my daughter about this amazing company and service!!
I highly recommend using this company for anyone who has appliance problems, I plan on using them in the future if and when I have appliance issues.
