This has been the best service I have ever received from any contractor. Rodrigo was spectacular from the first visit and quote. He was very patient with all my questions and I had a few! He worked with me and my budget. His one person team of Luis worked from 8:30 straight through until about 4 every day. The best part was they finished a day earlier than expected. I highly recommend MartinezBuild for all your renovations. I have a few projects in the future and I will use Rodrigo and his team. Thank you Rodrigo and Luis for a great experience. See you in the future.

Sergii was early ( the best ), by half hour!! He was extremely professional and had my issue fixed in no time. He took the time to explain what had happened and how he was going to fix it which he did - quickly!! This was the first time I have used Dr Appliance as I am relatively new to this area of Ottawa. I will definitely use them in the future plus have already told my daughter about this amazing company and service!! I highly recommend using this company for anyone who has appliance problems, I plan on using them in the future if and when I have appliance issues. Thank you to the office staff I talked to while I was setting up the appointment and to Sergii arriving to fix my issue.
