The project was complex, including city permit to remove a load-bearing wall, floor replacement, full tear down and build of kitchen, powder room and laundry room changes and painting. Homes Makeover did a wonderful job renovating my washrooms. My scope was to fix and update 3 out of 4 bathrooms in my house. Marco and his guys were professional and courteous. The team was dedicated to getting the job done correctly and was able to include ALL my additional requests. Marco himself had to crawl thru my attic to run wire for the new Toto Washlet Toilet! Talk about dedication! During this time of Covid, masks were worn and hands were sanitized before entering my house. Marco is accountable and always answered all my questions and resolved any issues in a timely manner. I am so pleased with how all 3 of my washrooms turned out! Homes Makeover did an amazing job for us within 2 months as promised! We re-did two bathrooms, installed hardwood flooring and tore down a wall, just to name a few. Marco was polite, professional and had great communication. He always let us know what was going on, what was pending and whether we were on track or not. He was always easy to reach and kept on the job everyday to keep things moving along. He was super helpful in coming with us to provide input on finishes and deciding on features. He has a great vision and knows what he’s talking about. I would recommend him 100% to anyone looking to do home renos (big or small)! I will admit I was hesitant when we began if I was going to like the end product (we weren’t sure how to reconfigure the main floor after tearing down a wall) and the amount of dust and mess I was going to have to get cleaned up when all was said and done. Three months ago Marco and his team transformed my basement! It was very outdated and needed a lot of work. I did not think that I would be able to find someone to do such a big job. He was reliable, very professional, and did a very clean job. My electrical work was certified by an electrician. His team was always on time and I am very pleased with his professionalism and would certainly contact him again in the future.
