Precision Gutters

We recently hired Precision Gutters (PG) to do some repair work on our EPDM membrane gutters and replace some of our rotting fascia boards. We are extremely pleased with our experience working with the team at PG. Everyone we dealt with was so professional, easy to deal with and genuinely just very nice people. They were quick to return my call. They came out to do a thorough assessment of the EPDM membrane gutters and fascia boards and provided a report outlining the work to be done, broken down by areas of the roof to be repaired including a cost estimate for each area be repaired. It was nice to get such a thorough and easy to understand estimate. The price quoted was extremely fair considering other estimates I had received for the same work. Once we hired them to do the work, the communication between PG and I regarding scheduling, the dropping off of material for prep work and initial start time was excellent. The guys that did the repairs always arrived promptly, worked diligently, were very friendly and always kept us in the loop. The work was completed on schedule and the original price quoted was the final price. No surprises.
A big thank you to Crystal who I spoke to over the phone for the initial consultation and scheduling conversations, to Jason who came out to do the work assessment and prepared the estimate and Cody and Cory who did the repairs. Everyone was so knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. You can tell they all enjoy working for this company.
I would not hesitate to highly recommend them to my family and friends. From start to finish, a great experience.

Precision Gutters recently installed new gutters at our home here in Surrey, they did a great joy, the new gutters are so much better than our old ones, with the ability to handle larger water flows and the knee high clean out basket is a real bonus. The installers were professional and courteous. I would recommend these guys every time.

An amazing experience. Best contractors we have ever had on our home. Estimator was prompt and pleasant and answered lol our questions. The owner gave us prices for the various options we asked about; the office booking person was pleasant and accommodating and the two young guys who did the work were efficient, competent, friendly and polite and left our home looking clean. We would highly recommend this company for their service, warranty, and product.

Precision Gutters came to my house in September 2019 to do some exterior fascia work and gutter repairs. I couldn't be happier with the results (no more dripping noise at night!). The employees were prompt and polite and answered all of my questions patiently. They took the extra time to check all the gutters to make sure they were in good working order and would survive the upcoming rainy season. I appreciate good service and good workmanship and would definitely use them again.
