I called Universal Roofs in regards my skylight leak repair and Oltion came by to inspect it same day i called. After inspection Oltion explained in details what needed to be fixed also showed me pictures of critical spots. Price was fair and he did the repair the next day. They tested it after the repair and everything looks good, no more leak. Thank you Oltion and keep it up with the good work.

Universal Roof is by far the best GC I’ve worked with. We moved into our bungalow in the summer of 2019 and experienced a leak because of poor ventilation and poor workmanship. During this tough time Oltion of Universal Roof literally ran to our rescue. He fixed soffits, several plywood sheets full of mold, added a ridge vent, corrected our poor bathroom/kitchen vents and shingles all in less than a days work. They worked so efficiently and were very professional and kind to deal with. I’m keeping his number in my speed dial! Thank you so much Oltion and team!

We've had two years of trouble with out roof. Olti figured out the *real* problems. He did a number of jobs to repair flat roof, skylight, work around the chimney, removing a massive a/c unit that doesn't work, redoing flat roof surface, and a bunch of other stuff.

This is a person who *really* knows his stuff. He doesn't just do the estimate. He shows up with his assistant to actually do the work. We found him a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend him 100%

I had a leak in my roof a few weeks ago and I called this company expecting to be waiting for days for someone to come out however I was fortunate enough to speak with Oltion. He came out to review the damage to the roof, took pictures and explained everything that could be done for a short term fix or replacement roof. He submitted an estimate within a day which I thought was fair for the work to be done. He arrived a few days later with his crew and completed a wonderful job. His price was fair. His team' work was exceptional, efficient and clean. Oltion continued to explain timelines and work completion dates as they went along. Kept the yard protected from debris and completed the job in a timely manner. I cannot say enough about Oltion and his team. I highly recommend these guys for any roofing job. interestingly enough it was 16 years to the day that we had our roof previously! Thanks Oltion and crew!

We had a leaking roof and I looked for a reliable professional who could help with the problem in a quick manner and for a reasonable price. I am happy that I ran into Olti as my overall experience was very positive. I have contacted around 10 contractors through homestars and only 3 ended up coming to take a look (some wanted money to just come to my place). Out of the 3, Olti was the only one who actually climbed on the roof to assess the situation properly and showed me pictures of the problem instead of giving me a guesstimate or advising to replace the whole roof (which turned out to be in an adequate shape). It was painless to schedule another appointment with Olti who was able to come and fix the problem in the same week. He demonstrated his work and gave a few tips on what to expect and look for in the future - very helpful for somebody who is not exactly an expert in roof maintenance. We are yet to go through a significant rain to test out the roof but I have confidence in Olti's workmanship given his approach and his honest advice (warranty period also gives me piece of mind). I am very grateful to Olti for his help, shared expertise, and the overall positive experience. Would highly recommend!

Oltion and his team are very professional. Their quote was very reasonable. The work was done on time. Oltion's team did not "cut any corners" and try and finish ASAP. Indeed, in doing this installation, Oltion spotted one or two other minor defects with our roof and some missing window caulking that was not visible from street level and he fixed these for free which I think shows how customer focussed he is and keen to "go over and above".
